Region Vein and its staff is Phenomenal! The procedures have little to no down time and I am able to go about my daily routine directly after treatments. Doctor and his staff provide great flexibility when arranging appointments as well. This is Fantastic for me as I travel often for work! I absolutely love the staff here! They are so kind and do everything possible to meet your needs. I had an anxiety attack there and the staff along with Dr. Karamichos helped me greatly. I’ve had several appointments and never once have I had to wait. As for pain in my legs, completely gone. I can now stand and walk for long periods of time without feeling pain. I work 12 hour shifts so this has improved my living of life greatly. Sleeping has improved as well. One of my best decisions ever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karamichos for the past 3 years. He’s skilled, honest and will take the time to answer all your questions. Many of us don’t realize this is a genetic disease and or covered by insurance with certain parameters. At my age with a couple spider veins I thought this would have been a cosmetic procedure. After evaluation and a quick scan we were able to see that my symptoms of throbbing, itching, swelling, Charlie horses, etc were due to larger broken veins. Dr. Karmichos was able to help me treat these broken veins that were causing my symptoms. Best part it was covered by insurance. The procedures are fast and your able to go back to life right after treatment there is no down time. I can say that I now have a strong understanding and foundation of what vein disease is and how it is treated thanks to Dr. Karmichos and his staff.
